Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from the prize draw.

How to enter

• Prize draw entry cards featuring a unique entry code will be given to all customers spending £30 or more in a single visit at a participating Jet petrol station. Spend is not restricted to fuel only purchases.
• Alternatively, you can obtain an entry code free of charge by sending your request in a stamped addressed envelope to: Jet Lion King Promotion c/o Rees Bradley Hepburn, Diddington Farm, Diddington Lane, Meriden CV7 7HQ. No purchase necessary.
• To enter this prize draw simply register your details and enter the unique code at www.jet-lionking.co.uk or send a stamped addressed envelope with your unique entry code to Jet Lion King Promotion c/o Rees Bradley Hepburn, Diddington Farm, Diddington Lane, Meriden CV7 7HQ.
• Each code is unique and can only be used once.
• Entries made before 11:59 pm on Thursday, 15 December 2011 will be entered into Weekly Prize Draw for a chance to win a home entertainment bundle or Lion King DVD.
• All entries received before 11:59 pm on Sunday, 18 December 2011 (Closing Date) will be entered into the Main Prize Draw for a chance to win a Holiday Package. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.

Weekly Prize Draws

• Entries received before 11:59 pm on Thursday, 15 December 2011 will be entered into one of six weekly prize draws for the chance to win one of:
• 6 x Home Entertainment Bundle consisting of a 32" HD ready TV, Blu-ray player and the Lion King double play (Blu-ray & DVD) disc set.
• 150 x the Lion King DVDs
• Weekly prize draws will take place on the 13, 20 and 27 of November 2011 and the 4, 11 and 16 of December 2011.

Main Prize Draws

• All entries received before 11:59 pm on Sunday, 18 December 2011 will be entered into the Main Prize Draw taking place on 19 December 2011 for the chance to win a Holiday Package consisting of:
• 3 nights/4 full days for a family of 4 at a Paris theme park
• 4* hotel and breakfast on 3 mornings
• Return tickets on the Eurostar from London Kings Cross St Pancras to Paris (travel expenses to and from train stations are excluded)
• 3 day hopper pass
• One character dinner
• Travel insurance
• Luggage transfer on arrival (Eurostar to the hotel)
• The Holiday Package may be taken during peak school holidays except 20 July to 25 August 2012 (subject to hotel availability and Eurostar) and must be taken within 12 months of winners being notified of their Grand Prize holiday. The winner and the members of their family will be required to hold full valid UK passports and any other necessary travel documentation, and are responsible for meeting any entry requirements.
• The Holiday Package excludes all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize which includes any accommodation extras (e.g. telephone, mini-bar, spa treatments, room service, and food and drink) and any personal expenses. Additional charges and expenses incurred for goods, services, attractions, facilities, upgrades, activities, events not expressly included within the prize are payable solely by the winner and their family. The Promoter will not be held liable where such charges and/or expenses are incurred, and no refund or reimbursement will be made. The Promoter will accept no responsibility where the winner, or a member of their family, is unable to pay in full for any such charges and/or expenses incurred.
• The prize is non-transferable and the winner cannot request any alternative prize (cash or otherwise).
• In the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection and Contact

• Winners will be drawn at random. All draws will be independently supervised.
• Winners will be notified by email within 21 days of each draw using the address provided at the time of entry.
• Weekly draw prize winners will be sent their prize within 28 days (unless notified otherwise) from the date of winner notification to the address provided at the time of entry. Home Entertainment Bundle prize winners will be contacted to arrange for a mutually convenient time to arrange for delivery. The Holiday Package winner will be provided with details as to how to claim their prize at the time of winner notification.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or the prize is declined, the prize will lapse and the Promoter may (but shall not be obliged to) offer the prize to a runner up selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

General

• If deemed necessary, due to reasons outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or extend or suspend this Prize Draw.
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time on giving notice through its website at www.jet-lionking.co.uk;
• By entering this Prize Draw you: (a) accept these Terms and Conditions; and (b) consent to the use of your personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of administration of the Draw (including publishing your name and county if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented.
• The names and counties of the winners can be obtained by sending a request in a stamped addressed envelope to: Jet Lion King Promotion c/o Rees Bradley Hepburn, Diddington Farm, Diddington Lane, Meriden CV7 7HQ within 3 months of the Main Prize Draw.
• You agree that if you are a winner, you will take part in and co-operate fully with reasonable publicity and to the use of your name, photograph and any comments in such publicity without any fee being paid.
• The Promoter's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
• No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
• The Promoter does not accept responsibility for (a) any technical or access issue, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might hinder the ability of any person to participate in this promotion or (b) any event which may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.
• The Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible for or liable to compensate the winners, or accept any liability for any inability by the winner to use this promotion properly or at all. The Promoter does not guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the prize providers and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
• This promotion is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
